Autodesk is looking for a dynamic Digital Sales Team Manager with a natural sales instincts and ethical values with technical skills to lead our office-based sales team of Digital Sales Representatives.

Your primary focus will be on leading your team to over-achieve sales targets, excel in customer satisfaction, and reach new heights of professional development.

We are looking for someone passionate about helping others grow their sales career, courageous and someone who thinks as a founder.

You will report to the Senior Manager of Digital Sales and you will work hybrid/remote in the Barcelona office.

Responsibilities Hire, coach and motivate a team of Digital Sales Representatives covering the Southern Europe regionAchieve and exceed quarterly targets of closed business and pipelineEnsure the collaboration between Digital Sales Reps and Territory Sales is successfulMotivate individuals and team to exceed their sales goals through deal coaching, sales skills, product skills training and regular communication of resultsWork with Marketing to build campaigns that ensure lead quality and quantity with proper closed-loop metric reportingReport on team and individual results: pipeline, conversion rates, and billings accomplishmentWork with internal sales operations partners and identify and make recommendations for improvement in sales productivityDevelop your Reps into sales-ready professionals for the next step in their careersAlign with Marketing, Digital E-Commerce and Sales operations to re-design customer pathways and thereby grow territory numbersFoster a purposeful environment where everyone can bring their authentic selves to workMinimum Qualifications 5+ years extensive and proven experience in sales in enterprise applications, with experience in over-achievement of quota expectations2+ years People management experienceExperience establishing communication and engagement with your team and customers.

Prior inside sales experience (ideally in technology sales)Promote and improve your sales skills through on the job coaching, self-learning and as defined by Autodesk sales career progression frameworkBe visionary and objective in your leadership approachFluency in English, French or other European languages#LI-FB1

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location.

In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on discretionary annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock or long-term incentive cash grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
