experienced Portfolio Manager Large Enterprises.

Portfolio management is the glue of our organization by being the strategic advisor of all stakeholders.

We drive customer value and growth thru easy to buy and easy to sell value propositions based on continuous market interaction and a solid expertise.


The role of Portfolio Manager Large Enterprises

  • You are responsible for building strong market driven value propositions, business cases and gotomarket plans within your segment that bring together our unique combination of software, service
- and data solutions.

  • In collaboration with the segment owner, you are responsible for revenue planning (new business, upsell, crosssell), mapping revenue targets with offering availability and ensuring adequate gotomarket and offeringmarket fit.
  • Based on your expertise and our research, you are a trusted strategic advisor to our sales/ enablement, marketing, service, product delivery and M&A organizations.
  • You have a continuous eye on the market to optimize and streamline our portfolio.
  • You drive customer experience by market driven portfolio and investment choices and being the advocate of our customers across the organization.
  • You will drive the integration of our product and service offering into one future proof digital customer journey for which you will set and guard the highest customer experience standards.
  • You represent SD Worx on external events as an expert speaker.
  • You are a true team player so challenging views, sharing expertise and encouraging intrapreneurship comes natural to you.
  • With your experience you will be an important contributor to the continuous professionalization and growth of our portfolio management processes.
  • You will report to the Head of Portfolio Management Large Enterprises and International.
  • You will be based in Spain and willing to travel occasionally up to 10%.
  • Brings a proven experience (+5Y) in payroll services, strategic B2B portfolio/product management (+3Y) in the European HR market and SAP (+3Y) to the table.
  • Has strategy development for product and service offerings in a digital context for breakfast.
  • Is a handson intrapreneur who truly takes on commitment and delivers.
  • Has the capability to drive business (model) innovation in a complex technology and compliance environment.
  • Is decisive backed by numbers and expertise.
  • Always sees the bigger picture, looking forward to realize the overall strategy of our company.
  • Is a strong internal and external networker with a natural presence that generates impact at all levels.
  • As a critical analytical mind, contributes to the continuous challenging of the status quo and fuels innovation.
  • Can participate for portfolio management in our partnership and M&A initiatives.
  • Has a solid understanding of the SAP products landscape, its partner ecosystem and the broader HCM and payroll market.
  • Understands the ins and outs of tiered service models.
  • Is a true team player. One for all, all for one
  • Has a first experience in portfolio pricing and/or pricing research. Certification is a plus.
  • Is fluent in English (spoken and written).
