Role Description
As a Guild Manager at Illuvium, you will play a critical role in managing and nurturing our community of players.
About Illuvium
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow the Illuvium guild community by ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.
- Engage with guild members regularly to maintain a strong sense of community and belonging.
- Develop and implement strategies for ingame activities, events, and competitions to keep the guilds competitive and engaged.
- Generate reports and insights to identify areas for improvement and highlight successes.
- Collect feedback from guild members regarding their gaming experience.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with other guilds, influencers, and stakeholders within the Web3 gaming community.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with guild members and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams or communities, preferably in the gaming industry.
- Understanding of blockchain technology, NFTs, and the playtoearn model in gaming.
- Passion for gaming with extensive experience in playing and understanding online multiplayer games.
- Ability to analyze data, track performance, and make informed decisions based on insights.
