Your role at Avantio
This is a key role in the company.

Our customer care team has a direct impact on the business, that's why we are looking for someone with experience managing a large team, with a very strategic vision of the business.


What You Will Do

  • Manage and motivate one of the biggest teams of the company, the Customer Care team, composed of +50 people and 5 Team Leaders.
  • Define with the management the objectives of the department and identify areas for improvement
  • Design, evaluate, analyze and execute innovative strategies and tactics aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction

Who You Are

  • Between 510 years of experience on a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently and effectively with mínimal supervision
  • Able to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude and problemsolving skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills (English and Spanish are essential, French, Italian or German is a plus)
  • Enthusiastic and a great attitude towards learning
  • Experience managing service and/or operational level agreements with strong customer service, interpersonal and active listening skills.
