SDR (Sales Development Representative) para importante empresa Tecnológica ubicada en Valencia.

Funciones y Responsabilidades:

  • El SDR desempeñará un papel fundamental trabajando proactivamente en la generación de clientes potenciales, la cualificación de estos clientes y la concertación de citas para nuestros ejecutivos de ventas.
  • Establecer relaciones con clientes potenciales e identificar sus necesidades para aumentar nuestra base de clientes.
  • Llevar a cabo investigaciones para identificar clientes potenciales.
  • Generar nuevos contactos a través de diversos canales, como envíos de correo electrónico, prospección en internet, RR.SS. y llamadas precualificadas.
  • Cualificar a los clientes potenciales para determinar su interés y adecuación a nuestros productos y servicios.
  • Programar citas para que nuestros ejecutivos de ventas se reúnan con clientes potenciales.
  • Realizar un seguimiento de los clientes potenciales para alimentar la relación y hacer que avancen por el embudo de ventas.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de ventas para desarrollar y perfeccionar las estrategias de generación de oportunidades.
  • Mantener registros precisos y actualizados en nuestro sistema CRM.

Requisitos:

  • Excelentes dotes de comunicación e interpersonales.
  • Gran capacidad de venta y negociación.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.
  • Dominio del software CRM y otras herramientas de ventas o similar).
  • Gran capacidad de organización y gestión del tiempo.
  • Se siente cómodo haciendo llamadas precualificadas y enviando correos electrónicos a
- clientes potenciales.

  • Familiaridad con las métricas de ventas y los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI).

Formación:

  • Ingeniero en telecomunicaciones, ADE, Técnico Superior en Marketing y Publicidad, Técnico Superior en Comercio Internacional, Técnico Superior en Gestión de Ventas y Espacios Comerciales.

Experiência:

  • 13 años de experiência en desarrollo de ventas o funciones afines.
  • Experiência en ventas B2B y generación de contactos.
  • Familiaridad con la industria tecnológica y los productos de software.
  • Historial probado de consecución y superación de objetivos de ventas.
  • Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y gestionar múltiples prioridades en un entorno de ritmo rápido.

Idiomas:

  • Nível alto de inglés y castellano
