Actualmente queremos reforzar el equipo con un Manager especializado en Digital Assets & Blockchain. El candidato seleccionado liderará proyectos de consultoría estratégica y de negocio, facilitará la transformación digital y promoverá la adopción de blockchain y activos digitales entre nuestros clientes. Será responsable de diseñar y ejecutar estrategias que resuelvan nuevos desafíos, generen valor y fomenten el crecimiento en el entorno financiero cada vez más global y digital.

  • Requisitos:
    • Grado avanzado en Finanzas, Economía, Administración de Empresas, Tecnología de la Información, Ingeniería de Software o campos relacionados.
    • Experiencia comprobable de al menos 6 años en consultoría, con un enfoque significativo en el sector financiero.
    • Experiencia previa trabajando directamente entornos con aplicación y uso de blockchain y activos digitales, preferentemente en un entorno de consultoría o desarrollo de proyectos en el sector financiero.
  • Conocimientos técnicos:
    • Entendimiento de los fundamentos de las redes blockchain, de las diferentes tipologías de activos digitales y del funcionamiento de Smart Contracts
    • Experiencia práctica en el diseño e implementación de modelos de negocio en el ámbito de Digital Assets.
    • Entendimiento sobre tokenización de activos financieros y de dinero, incluyendo comprensión profunda de los marcos legales y regulatorios aplicables.
    • Conocimiento de la arquitectura y soluciones, así como los modelos operativos relacionados con:
      • custodia de activos digitales, con un conocimiento profundo de las soluciones de hardware y software en el mercado.
      • ejecución de sistemas de órdenes para trading de criptomonedas y otros activos digitales, incluyendo entendimiento de algoritmos de trading y plataformas de intercambio.
    • Comprensión detallada de los principales participantes del ecosistema de activos digitales y blockchain (Virtual Assets Service Providers), incluyendo exchanges, wallets, proveedores de servicios de custodia, y paltaformas de tokenización. Esto incluye un entendimiento detallado de sus productos, servicios y las tecnologías subyacentes.
    • Conocimiento profundo de la regulación aplicable (MiCA, Pilot Regime, LNMV, Travel Rule, etc) y las implicaciones en negocio, así como en las diferentes áreas de una entidad financiera (Riesgos, Cumplimiento, etc...)
  • Habilidades:
    • Capacidad para entender y analizar modelos complejos y proponer soluciones estratégicas que integren activos digitales en sistemas financieros existentes.
    • Habilidad para liderar equipos multidisciplinarios y trabajar eficazmente con stakeholders técnicos y no técnicos.
    • Excelente habilidad de comunicación, capaz de explicar conceptos complejos de blockchain y activos digitales a una audiencia diversa.
    • Proactivo en mantenerse al día con las últimas tendencias tecnológicas, desarrollos regulatorios y innovaciones en el sector de activos digitales y blockchain.
