Account Supervisor/Manager

McCann Worldgroup is looking for an Account Supervisor to maintain the relationship between the agency and clients, provide strategic advice, manage the account team, and nurture client relationships to drive new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the client's business and act as a trusted partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the business by leveraging expertise in navigating public sector complexities
- Respond positively to last-minute client requests
- Collaborate with teams to drive creativity and innovation
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality work grounded in a strategic understanding of client business
- Identify opportunities to add value to clients
- Keep clients and Account Director informed on account activities
- Foster client relationships and maintain regular contact
- Support team members' professional development
- Demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills
- Stay updated on industry trends and address barriers to progress
- Drive strategic deliverables and identify creative ideas
- Liaise with different teams to ensure campaign success
- Coach junior team members
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a client service role
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with integrated campaigns
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proven ability to lead and think strategically
- Understanding of business and marketplace dynamics
- Ability to deliver impactful presentations
