YOUR MISSION


Are you ready to lead the charge in transforming the retail and health landscape at Glovo Spain? As the Retail & Health Manager, you'll drive the development of our New Verticals division, redefining the way customers access essential goods and services within 30 minutes.


THE JOURNEY

  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a highperforming team of 5 Account Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Business Development: Spearhead the evolution of an expansive marketplace encompassing Electronics, Beauty, Pharma, Fashion, Jewelry, Sports, Home & Deco, Pets, Flowers, Vapes, Sex-Shops, Toys, and Stationery, positioning Glovo as the ultimate destination for consumer needs.
  • Strategic Growth: Elevate the Retail & Health business within the app, driving multiple projects forward while adeptly managing complexities and multitasking with finesse.
  • Partnership Building: Forge and nurture robust relationships with toptier partners like MediaMarkt, Fnac, Kiwoko, Primor, Druni, Aristocrazy, Pandora, and beyond, while actively pursuing new collaborations to expand our network.
  • Feedback Utilization: Gather valuable insights from partners and translate them into actionable strategies to enhance product offerings, refine marketing tactics, and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Industry Mapping: Establish a comprehensive external stakeholder map within the industry, positioning Glovo as a key player and fostering strategic alliances.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in relevant business roles.
