Nuestro cliente es una importante empresa del sector moda premium (hombre/mujer) para sus puntos de venta en Madrid y Andalucia (principalmente).
Sus funciones principales:
- Gestión y dirección del personal de los puntos de venta
- Gestión del staff de todas las tiendas: selección, formación, motivación y coordinación del personal;
- Desarrollar e implementar acciones comerciales para mejorar la rentabilidad de los centros.
- Análisis de resultados y KPIS a nível diario, objetivos de ventas planificadas, costes y supervisión de volumen de negocio.
- Asegurar que se cumplen los estándares de calidad en el servicio al cliente y del resto de estándares marcados.
- Planificación del budget, control de la política comercial, económica y operativa de las tiendas;
- Control de la productividad, programas de entregas y devoluciones, disposición y control del cumplimiento de las normas de la empresa;
- Participación en la definición de estrategias promocionales y de comunicación;
- Start up de nuevas tiendas
Condiciones:
- Salario competitivo en el sector más variables (objetivos cuantitativos/cualitativos)
- Jornada de 40h habitualmente de lunes a viernes
Requisitos:
- Disponibilidad de viajar
- Entre 3 y 5 años de experiência ocupando una posición similar
- Fuerte capacidad de liderazgo, empatía y habilidades para la gestión de equipos de tienda.
- Ingles mínimo B2. Valorable otros idiomas.
- Dominio de la parte analítica y KPI's
