Your Tasks As Retail manager for NIVEA , your mission will be to implement the local Nivea strategy in El Corte Inglés to contribute to the elevation of the brand.

Reporting to the KAM, you will be responsible for coordinating all ECI Nivea stores. The Retail Manager will oversee the professional development of the team that is part of the nivea stores.

In addition to people management, the RM will be responsible for the performance of the POS by developing strategic action plans, analyzing key KPI's and ensuring all POS have the correct stock ideal and brand image.
