RESPONSABILITIES
Campaign and team managementCoordination and follow-up, in time and budget, of the production associated with each project or campaignEnsuring that the agency's work is in line with the client's briefEnsure compliance with digital asset quality standardsAnalyze and monitor the results of the digital initiatives launched and establish monitoring KPIsExecution of the administrative procedures associated with the projectExecution of the projects with the rest of the internal departmentsRealization and follow-up of reportingREQUIREMENTSStudies in Advertising, Marketing or relatedHigh level of English / bilingual+3 years of strong project management, time management and prioritisation skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, client focused and proactiveExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsCan-do attitude and an ability to work under pressureClear understanding of international brand challenges and working on global accounts with multiple markets and stakeholdersPrevious experience in a fast speed advertising/marketing agencyExcel/Powerpoint skills and other PM tools are a plus like smartheetWORK CONDITIONSDynamic and creative work environmentInternational company with great growth projectionFull-time incorporation with flexible hoursIndefinite contract with a 6-month trial periodFace-to-face work with the possibility of teleworking22 working days of vacation6 days off and choice of 2 long weekend per yearAccess to trainingLife and accident insuranceAccess to flexible compensation planDIVERSITY & INCLUSIONHogarth is committed to diversity and inclusion, through our ideas, our people, how we behave and conduct ourselves.
