Serás la pieza clave para garantizar el control operativo a nível de ciudad y asegurar la máxima disponibilidad y calidad de nuestras motos, proporcionando una experiência de trayecto excepcional para nuestros usuarios.
Tus responsabilidades incluirán:
Fleet Management:
- Mantener la máxima disponibilidad de motos en la ciudad.
- Garantizar que las motos estén en óptimas condiciones mecánicas, higiénicas y de seguridad.
- Desarrollar protocolos de actuación ante incidencias.
Staff Management:
- Gestionar y liderar el equipo operacional, incluyendo soporte diario, y evaluaciones individuales.
Strategy & Innovation:
- Apoyar en la definición y control de la estrategia local.
- Gestionar la P&L junto con el equipo de Finanzas.
- Controlar los gastos y buscar formas de optimización.
- Desarrollar nuevas herramientas y mejoras de proceso para el equipo de Operaciones.
- Aportar mejoras en el producto y en el servicio.
Requisitos:
- Al menos 3 años de experiência laboral en operaciones, logística o gestión de flotas.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiência liderando equipos.
- Persona proactiva y actitud resolutiva.
- Conocimientos de Google Docs y Excel.
- Valorable inglés
