How to contribute to our vision- Gathering, analyzing and distributing intelligence on onshore market developments, competitors (market shares, order entry, product portfolio, pricing and competitiveness) and new product introductions for business decisionmaking and sales activity support.
- Conducting strategic research and producing competitors update reports, highlights and adhoc analyses. Also updating periodically competitors' profiles.
- Working closely with winloss team for identifying market trends that merit organizational action.
- Strengthening regional/crossBU/crossfunctional competitive intelligence governance structure (processes, guidelines, training and IT tools) for exchange of harmonized competitive information.
- Develop and maintain tools and reports in CRM Salesforce and Market Data Hub (Power BI dashboard) to get actionable insights.
- ON focal point for the evaluation of new CRM change requests for improving market and competition data collection, and alignment with other BUs.
- Reviewing timeliness, accuracy and completeness of competitors' order entry and competitor price references registered in CRM (Competitor pricing dashboard).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business/Finance, Marketing or related filed.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business/Finance, Marketing or related filed, is a plus.
- 2+ years of work experience in the renewable energy industry.
- Strong MS-Office Excel skills.
- Previous experience with use of CRM Salesforce and Power BI for reporting and dashboards elaboration is highly preferred.
- Understanding of financial modeling and business case financial modeling is a plus.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Interest in working and learning in a complex business environment.
- Strong time management skills.
- International mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to establish trustbased relationships within and outside the organization.
