You will be a part of the PMI's team during your 6+6 months long, full-time internship. During the program you will perceive monthly scholarship of 944€ (gross salary).
You will have the opportunity to benefit from the fully paid online Master or Specific postgraduate degree, validated and recognized by Universidad Camilo Jose Cela and Fundación Universitaria y de Empresa.
- Please note that we do not sign University agreements for curricular internships, as we already sign one with the financed Masters at UCJC
- A recent degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or similar.
- Possess excellent written and oral communication in Spanish and English (C1 level) with a creative flare for copywriting.
- Genuine enthusiasm for making an impact on the organization through peoplecentered initiatives.
- Selfstarter, good time management, with the ability to work well independently, and within a team.
- Results oriented, and committed to continuously improve and learn new skills.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the People Engagement Team to execute the Internal Communications plan and support People Engagement initiatives.
- Assist in planning, writing, translating and reviewing materials for internal communications.
- Engage employees across the organization in our programs and initiatives using different platforms, communication channels and formats.
- Create, adapt and publish engaging content on different formats and channels.
- Ensure programs are accessible to all employees, acting as point of contact for different employee initiatives and events.
- Collaborate on new ideas, social media trends, and tools for internal communications.
