El Hotel Meliá Castilla ofrece posición de ADMINISTRATIVO/A DE RRHH para su departamento de Recursos Humanos, dentro del área de Gestión y Administración de Personal, realizando funciones de:

  • Registro de las incidencias (nocturnidades, turnicidades, primas de producción, propinas, etc) para el posterior cálculo de nómina que se hará desde la central de la Compañía,
  • Contratación,
  • Gestión de control de presencia,
  • Coordinación de actividades de PRL,
  • Atención a las personas trabajadoras,
  • Realización de informes.
