About Your Role

Location: Ríos Rosas 36, Madrid (Hybrid)

We are looking for a skilled and driven HR Coordinator to join our Madrid team and manage HR operations across thirteen countries within our organization. As the HR Coordinator, you will have a crucial role in ensuring smooth HR processes and delivering exceptional service to our employees. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various HR areas, with a focus on recruitment and payroll.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate HR activities and processes for thirteen countries, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
  • Assist in recruitment tasks such as posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating assessments.
  • Support all countries in payroll preparation, specifically salary data.
  • Aid the Madrid HR Team in onboarding new hires by preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and organizing training programs.
  • Help the Madrid HR Team with offboarding procedures, including exit interviews.
  • Support in implementing and managing HR policies, procedures, and programs across the organization.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and stakeholders on various HR projects and initiatives.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices, industry trends, and regulatory changes in the supported countries.
