Enghouse Interactive está buscando personas con mucha energía y motivación que nos ayuden a impulsar el crecimiento de la companía.
Buscamos un/a Business Development Representative para España, LATAM y Africa ubicado en Madrid, que tendrá la oportunidad de conocer nuestras herramientas y soluciones de software de última generación para Contact Centers para agilizar su transformación digital.
Se trata de un puesto multifuncional donde colaborarás de manera muy estrecha con el equipo de ventas regional con el objetivo de posicionar nuestra propuesta de valor clave, igual que generar interés por las soluciones de Enghouse Interactive.
Responsabilidades:
- Atender las solicitudes entrantes de la compañía de prospects sobre las soluciones tecnológicas de Enghouse Interactive.
- Colaborar con los equipos de venta para dar seguimiento del trabajo y buscar nuevas vias de crecimiento.
- Mantener un seguimiento activo con los potenciales clientes
- Cumplir las cuotas mensuales y trimestrales de gneración de pipeline a traves de generación de MQL y nuevas oportunidades.
- Colaborar con los equipos de Product Management y Demand Generation para hacer crecer nuestra marca y generar demanda.
- Realización de informes de resultados, campañas, previsión y actividad en Salesforce.
- Mantenerse al día sobre el entorno competitivo y las tendencias del mercado.
Cualificaciones:
- 13 años de experiência en desarrollo de negocio en software B2B, idealmente SaaS.
- Experiência con CRM, deseable Salesforce y otras herramientas de ventas y marketing.
- Persona proactiva, resolutiva y con ganas de progresar.
- Demostrable experiência y resultados respecto superación de los objetivos asignados.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita/verbal.
- Capacidad para realizar varias tareas a la vez, saber priorizar y gestionar el tiempo de forma eficaz.
- Experiência con herramientas como: SalesLoft, Outreach, Hunter, Drift, ZoomInfo, InsideView,
- Manejo de LinkedIn y otras plataformas digitales con el objetivo de incrementar el pipeline.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound inquiries about Enghouse Interactive's technology solutions
- Partner with members of the sales team to help fill their pipeline while developing key sales skills
- Maintain active engagement with leads through followup communications
- Achieve monthly and quarterly quotas of sourcedqualified opportunities and new revenue
- Collaborate with Product and Demand Gen teams to grow our brand and generate demand
- Complete pipeline, forecasting, and activity reporting in Salesforce
- Stay up to date with the competitive environment and market trends
Qualifications:
- 13 years business development experience in B2B software, ideally SaaS
- Experience with CRMs, i.e., Salesforce and other sales & marketing tools
- High energy and positive attitude
- Proven ability to take initiative
- Proven track record of exceeding assigned targets
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong problemsolving skills. Experience using technology/multiple sources of intelligence for research and to scale your sales activity (e.g. SalesLoft, Outreach, Hunter, Drift, ZoomInfo, InsideView, )
- Understanding of LinkedIn and other social media platforms and their role in the sales cycle
