¿Qué podrás hacer?
Buscamos una persona con experiência previa de al menos cinco añosen M&A Energía e Infraestructuras, para incorporar en nuestro departamento de Corporate Finance, en el equipo de M&A como Senior Manager en Madrid.
Como Senior Manager de este equipo, gestionarás equipos de trabajo especializados en M&A y asesoramiento financiero dentro del sector de Energía e Infraestructuras, y con especial foco en energías renovables.
Trabajarás en el sector originando y ejecutando mandatos de venta y compra, teniendo un papel de liderazgo en la interlocución con clientes y en la gestión del día a día de la ejecución de las transacciones.
Gestionarás equipos de proyecto formados por los miembros más junior del equipo (Managers, Associates y Analistas), y con dependencia directa del socio responsable del grupo de Energía e Infraestructuras.
Rol y responsabilidades:
- Definición y seguimiento de la estrategia comercial, coordinada con el socio y otros Senior Managers del departamento
- Gestión de la elaboración de presentaciones comerciales para clientes (pitches) y seguimiento de la actividad de los mismos
- Gestión del proceso y de la preparación de los materiales de marketing necesarios (Teaser, Infomemo, Management Presentations, Modelo Financiero, etc.)
- Liderar la interacción con el cliente y contrapartes involucradas en las transacciones (potenciales inversores, asesores, proveedores, etc.)
- Gestión del ciclo interno administrativo de contratación (contratación, facturación y cobro)
¿Qué necesitas saber?
- Se requiere más de 5 años de experiênciaprevia en M&A con experiência en energías renovables.
- Titulación: Grado ADE/ADE y Derecho o similar.
- Valorable Máster en Finanzas, obtenido CFA u otra formación financiera de posgrado.
- Nível de inglés muy alto.
- Dominio del paquete MS Office.
