- Conduct system tests to ensure applications meet specifications.

- Report status and progress regularly.
- Maintain communication channels.
- Communicate issue status and resolutions.
- Understand HR flows and SAP HR architecture.
- Respect project timelines for work package delivery.
- Bachelor or Master degree with Business or Technical emphasis.
- Previous experience in SAP HCM application implementation.
- Participated in 3+ project rollouts.
- Interest in delivering quality support and implementation in HR.
- Service-oriented with client focus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid verbal and written communication in English.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- German, Austrian, or Swiss payroll knowledge is a plus.
- German language proficiency is valuable.
