Project Manager para el sector House Flipping para nuestra oficina central de Madrid, cuya misión será el control global de cada proyecto bajo la supervisión de la dirección técnica desde la fase inicial del proyecto hasta la entrega del mismo.


Las responsabilidades que tendrá la persona seleccionada serán:

  • Planificar, coordinar y organizar todos los agentes y tareas relacionadas con los proyectos (mediciones, planos, elaboración de propuestas )
  • Elaboración de los pliegos para los concursos de asignación de empresas subcontratas.
  • Supervisión técnica de ejecución de obra, mediante visitas a la misma.
  • Coordinación de equipos externos intervinientes
  • Gestión y control de costes de proyectos.
  • Gestión y evaluación de la calidad de los proyectos.

Requisitos:

¿Qué requisitos debes cumplir?

  • Grado superior en arquitectura/aquitectura técnica ‍ ‍
  • Nível alto Autocad y Presto.
  • Valorable conocimiento de Revit.
  • Experiência previa en gestión y ejecución de proyectos.
  • Se valorará nível de inglés
  • Vivir en Madrid o alrededores (el puesto de trabajo está ubicado en la ciudad)
