Job Description
  • Cognitive Network Solutions (CNS) Services Portfolio team is focused on mobile network planning and optimization services for Communication Service Providers (CSP's), enhancing network performance and maximizing return on investment.
  • Working closely with CSP's, we innovate services in planning, deployment, optimization, and healing.
  • We are seeking a Services Portfolio Director to lead and influence the organization's services strategy.
  • You will play a crucial role in developing clear customer-centric strategies for software and services across different markets.
  • Building and communicating a compelling vision, making critical decisions on service offerings, and fostering innovation will be key responsibilities.
  • You should have experience in portfolio leadership, knowledge of mobile networks industry, AI, cloud technologies, and stakeholder management skills, among others.
Your Profile:
  • Portfolio leadership and lifecycle management experience in mobile networks.
  • Hands-on experience in planning, optimization, and operations for CSP's.
  • Understanding of CSP processes, RAN technologies, AI, data science, analytics, and cloud technologies.
  • Aptitude for business, strong communication skills, and consultative selling abilities.
  • Experience in managing diverse teams and influencing people from varied backgrounds.
