  • EricssonWe work closely with Communication Service Providers (CSP's) on creating innovative services offering in the areas of planning, deployment, optimization and healing.
We are looking for Services Portfolio Director to join our team. In our terms, you are the investment manager and the CEO of the services offerings.

Although you will not hold formal authority, you will drive and influence the whole organization to execute on the services strategy for your portfolio - a fast paced and exciting roleYou will develop a strategic approach as a portfolio leader, with clear understanding of customer needs and business goals across the different offerings for software and services.

You will build and communicate an effective vision, develop, implement and communicate offering strategies to teams in different market areas across Ericsson in close collaboration with our global service delivery teams.

You must be passionate about business, numbers, mobile technologies and AI.Your day-to-day work will look different, as you engage with customers and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

You will make critical decisions on service offering strategies, prioritizations, partners and select the right business models for the portfolio.

Doing so, you need to foster a culture of innovation across organizations, stay up to date on industry trends and technological development, use market intelligence to make strategic and tactical decision and adapt services offerings to harness their potential
