We work closely with Communication Service Providers (CSP's) on creating innovative services offering in the areas of planning, deployment, optimization and healing.

We are looking for Services Portfolio Management Director to join our team.

In our terms, you will be the one responsible for leading the execution of the services strategy, coaching our team of portfolio directors and responsible for managing the service development budget.

Although you won't have direct line management responsibility, you will drive and influence the whole organization to execute on your portfolio strategy.

You will develop a strategic approach as a portfolio leader, with clear understanding of customer needs and business goals across the different offerings for software and services.

You will build and communicate an effective vision, develop, implement and communicate offering strategies to teams in different market areas across Ericsson in close collaboration with our global service delivery teams.

You must be passionate about business, numbers, mobile technologies and AI.Your day-to-day work will look different, as you engage with customers and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

You will make critical decisions on service offering strategies, prioritizations, partners and select the right business models for the portfolio.

Doing so, you need to foster a culture of innovation across organizations, stay up to date on industry trends and technological development, use market intelligence to make strategic and tactical decision and adapt services offerings to harness their potential.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Portfolio leadership and lifecycle management experience in the mobile networks industry
  • Hands-on experience developing and/or delivering planning, optimization and operations services to CSP's
  • Solid understanding of CSP processes for network operations across domains, including Radio Access Network (RAN) technologies
  • Solid understanding of AI, data science, analytics and cloud technologies
  • Solid understanding of SMO and ORAN alliance architecture and use cases
  • Eye for business and awareness that span unit and enterprise levels
  • The ability to communicate and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Consultative selling and negotiation skills
