Responsabilidades

El puesto tiene como objetivo garantizar un crecimiento rentable del negocio Wholesale en las categorías de producto asignadas asegurando una correcta ejecución de la estrategia en España y Portugal.

Sus principales funciones serán:

Garantizar que los objetivos de venta son alcanzados a nivel de categoría y canal, así como los principales KPIs definidos.Preparar y ejecutar los budgets por campaña asignados a cada zona y a cada línea.Mantener una relación directa con los compradores de los clientes estratégicos, Key Accounts y Department Stores.Liderar las negociaciones comerciales con clientes sobre sus presupuestos de compra y políticas de venta.Colaborar con el equipo de customer service, facilitándoles toda la información comercial necesaria para garantizar un correcto funcionamiento del servicio que permita alcanzar los objetivos.Trabajar junto con el equipo comercial y agentes la evolución y consecución de los presupuestos de cada campaña.Interlocutor entre el equipo de ventas y los principales departamentos de la sede corporativa en Europa (Customer Service, Product, Finance..).Visitar los principales Key Accounts, así como participar en las campañas de venta.Implementar planes para aumentar la penetración y conseguir clientes nuevos.Garantizar que las actividades de Trade Marketing se comunican y ejecutan correctamente durante la campaña de ventas respetando las guías y políticas de empresa.Asegurar, junto con el equipo de Visual y Coordinación, que las operaciones e imagen en los corners se ejecutan de acuerdo con las guías de la empresa.Formar, motivar y guiar al equipo de ventas para garantizar que se alcanzan los objetivos marcados.Requisitos del puestoEstudios mínimos: Grado en Empresariales o similar.Experiencia de 3 años en una posición similar.Residir en Barcelona.Haber trabajado con los principales clientes key account (El Corte Inglés) y conocer sus particularidades.Capacidad analítica y dominio de Excel.Nivel de inglés avanzado.Proactividad, liderazgo positivo y energíaDisponibilidad para realizar viajes nacionales e internacionales.BeneficiosSalario competitivo acorde a la experiencia y habilidades del candidato.Oportunidades de crecimiento profesional y desarrollo en una empresa internacional en constante expansión.Ambiente de trabajo dinámico y colaborativo.¿Eres la persona indicada? ¿Nos conocemos?
