The role works within our Sales department to supervise the student registration process as well as working with our B2B European accounts.
B2B ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT (50%)
- Maintain relationships with 100+ European travel agencies.
- Process all registrations in a timely manner, coordinating with other school departments.
- Responsible for all invoicing and payments of assigned accounts.
- Coordinate complaint handling with Operations and Sales teams.
STUDENT REGISTRATIONS (40%)
- Assist in program advising of registered students before their arrival.
- Responsible for all invoicing and payments of students in the assigned region.
- Send all prearrival materials to students.
ACCOUNTING (10%)
- Complete regular accounting reviews in order to pass correct sales information to our
- Create weekly and monthly sales and debt reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management. It's a plus if in the
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
