We are seeking an exceptional leader who is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences on a global scale, simplifying processes, and driving innovation to join us as a Training Specialist for Prime Video Trust & Safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and oversee training using various methods including in-person and remote facilitation
  • Manage training requests, implementation, and reporting processes
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and program teams to develop and enhance training materials and standard operating procedures
  • Ensure engaging learning experiences in both physical and virtual classrooms
  • Foster critical thinking and problem-solving through the incorporation of Socratic Methodology
  • Monitor training performance and provide additional support as needed
  • Assist in the transition of associates from training to production, ensuring quality and performance goals are met
  • Evaluate learning outcomes and propose continuous improvement strategies
  • Support learning experience objectives and initiatives

A Day in the Life:

As a pivotal team member, the Prime Video Trust and Safety Training Specialist will contribute to training delivery and knowledge management across global locations. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about delivering exceptional learning experiences, embraces a global mindset, takes ownership of key training initiatives, and contributes innovative ideas. Responsibilities include training delivery, collaboration with experts and teams, coordination of training activities, standardized reporting, operational support, and participation in skill development programs.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in corporate training and development or a related field
  • Proficiency in presenting to audiences and conveying complex information effectively
  • Demonstrated skills in planning, executing, and evaluating training programs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in instructional design or adult learning theory is beneficial
  • Flexible availability to support training needs across multiple time zones
  • Certifications in areas such as instructional design, performance improvement, project management, and relevant content specialties
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems like Cornerstone
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and prior experience in a global, cross-functional setting
  • Understanding of adult learning principles, training methodologies, and certification pathways
