We are seeking a driven leader to join us as a Training Specialist for Prime Video Trust & Safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and oversee training using various methods, including in-person and remote facilitation.
  • Manage training requests, implementation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and enhance training materials.
  • Ensure an engaging learning environment and promote critical thinking.
  • Monitor training performance and provide additional support as needed.
  • Evaluate learning outcomes and suggest improvements.

What You'll Do:

As a Training Specialist, you will support training delivery and knowledge management globally. You'll contribute to providing exceptional learning experiences, drive key training projects, and participate in innovative ideas.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in corporate training or related fields.
  • Strong presentation skills to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Background in instructional design or adult learning theory is advantageous.
  • Ability to work across different time zones and accommodate flexible schedules.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Prior cross-functional and global work experience with cultural sensitivity.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and training certifications.
