  • Description & RequirementsWe are looking for a bright, driven, enthusiastic salesperson to join an explosive growth organization within Infor.
This position is within Infor ́s EMEA Inside Sales team and will be in Barcelona.

Your mission:

  • Working with clients to understand and identify their strategic vision, objectives and needs while aligning our products and services where business opportunities exist and in line with our vision and mission
  • Driving the strategy, plans and execution in order to consistently achieve quota targets and growth objectives with your named accounts
  • Executing an industrydriven sales plan, generating, and qualifying new business, cross & up sell within assigned customer base
  • Designing, developing and implement an endtoend plan for his accounts and highlight key milestones in relation to the growth of our business in this market for the next 3 years
  • Collaboration/leveraging internal teams in Consulting, Operations, Pre-Sales, Partners, CSM, Maintenance Manager, Deal Desk to ensure we deliver true customer value, customer success, adoption and renewals
  • Proposals, presentations, coordinating the terms of the sale, and most client
  • Selling, with mínimal supervision, the Infor offerings persuasively, persistently and confidently to building owners at the Clevel while reaching optimal profit levels
  • Leveraging Salesforce for sales methodology, account planning, opportunity management and Clari for forecasting
  • Managing the complex selling cycle of our Install Base Major Accounts in France
  • Contact existing and potential customers on a regular basis, by phone and fol
  • Follow up with on a frequent and timely basis

Basic Qualifications:

  • Enterprise software sales experience, preferably within the Manufacturing industry, closing multimillion dollar deals at the Csuite level.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles from sourcing to closing the deal
  • Passion for disruptive technology (like ERP, WMS, PLM,...)
  • Known for personal integrity
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to succinctly present our services via phone/web conference, trade shows
  • French as a native language, very good level of English and another European language is a plus.
  • Demonstrate passion for our company, solutions, customers, and achieving lofty goals.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, with above high organizational planning, communication, and problemsolving skills.
  • Positive and cando attitude.

  • Knowledge of the business drivers for enterprise accounts
