As a Partner Support Representative on our team, you will:

Manage account confirmation checks and nonprofit eligibilitySupport ticket escalations and queriesClarify and guide CSP Cloud Services Grant and Discount offersDeliver monthly online introduction sessions for new partnersProactive outreach new contactsPrepare monthly reports to highlight activity and suggest ways to automate or drive efficiencies, or improve partner assets and ability for self-supporting Your qualifications We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
