Project Management Assistant.
You will provide support in the management activities of large programmes, in particular in the
SouthPAN programme, the largest space contract of the Spanish industry outside the European Union and involving a GMV team of more than 100 people.
WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?
You will be integrated in the project management team and will provide support to the Project Manager in the following activities, among others:
Progress reporting of activities by the project team

Follow-up of actions and tasks fulfilment, as well as the schedule

Configuration management

Meeting minutes and reports for progress reports to customers

Preparation of deliverables to the client

Maintenance of the project wiki

Receipt of deliverables from subcontractors

Follow-up of documentation comments

Organisation of meetings, coordination of project trips and coordination of inventory and purchase orders

Budget monitoring of on-demand activities (Time and Materials).
