As a Bell Attendant, your dedication to the property and your care for our guests' possessions will guarantee a warm reception for our guests from the moment they arrive.
What you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring prompt delivery of guests' luggage, messages, and any other items within the premises
- Offering personalized guidance to guests regarding their room in a courteous, professional, and interactive manner
- Maintaining a welcoming presence in the lobby, representing the property and brand, and providing exceptional service to the guests
Your qualifications and skills should include:
- Essential service-oriented attitude; prior customer service experience would be advantageous
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Bell Attendant role within the Front Office setting
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Exceptional communication abilities and a polished demeanor
- Capability to collaborate effectively with team members as part of a cohesive team
