Bell Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Bell Attendant to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and escort guests to their rooms, ensuring a warm and welcoming arrival experience.
- Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area, taking care to handle fragile items with care.
- Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage from vehicles, providing a helping hand whenever needed.
- Supply guests with directions and information about local attractions, services, and amenities.
- Arrange transportation for guests, including taxi cabs, shuttle buses, and limousine/sedan services.
- Communicate parking procedures to guests, ensuring they are aware of our parking policies and options.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage weighing up to 50 pounds, with assistance for heavier items.
- Physical stamina to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, with the ability to move quickly and efficiently around the property.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
