Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Bell Attendant to join our team at Marriott International. As a Bell Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and escort guests to their rooms, ensuring a warm and welcoming arrival experience.
  • Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area, taking care to handle fragile items with care.
  • Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage from vehicles, providing a helping hand when needed.
  • Supply guests with directions and information about local attractions and services, helping them make the most of their stay.
  • Arrange transportation for guests, including taxis, shuttle buses, and limousine services, as requested.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent service to guests in a timely manner.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and politely interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Physical stamina to lift and move luggage, as well as stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, supporting colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
