Position overview


We are looking for a Renewal Executive to join our Team in Barcelona You will work in a hybrid position, reporting directly to the Manager, Commercial Customer Success, in Barcelona.

Your mission will be to create customer loyalty and growth through irresistible customer experiences.

You will be responsible for driving, forecasting, and ensuring the closure of renewals.

You will also responsible for identification and creation of expansion opportunities.

You will work through direct customer engagement, collaboration with partners, and with our Worldwide Sales teams.


Also, you will focus on the identification and mitigation of renewal churn risk and ensures the delivery of irresistible customer experiences.


You will focus on supporting Value Added Distributors and be responsible for driving, forecasting, and closing subscriptions renewals together with our Partners and directly with customers.


Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned sales quotas
  • Pipeline and forecast management for Mid-Market renewal opportunities
  • Work with Midmarket sales and partner ecosystems to lead renewal and expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with channel partners to guide partner forecasting and provide dealspecific updates to CCS and sales counterparts
  • Enhance customer and partner relationships, QBRs, guide and close renewals, while aligning TASE's /Sales management meetings
  • Coordinate collaborative channel partner, assigned account sales, and customer sales meetings to increase renewal performance
  • Be an escalation point for all renewal issues that affect the customer's retention and manage risk mitigation execution
  • Report on sales results and analysis by customer segment, region, sales channel, and product
  • Provide dealspecific primary and secondary sales support, i.e., deal creation, development, presentation, and closure
  • Manage the direct renewals directly with the endusers
  • Some travel may be required
Minimum qualification

  • 4+ years sales/renewals experience
  • Experience negotiating $1M+ complex sales/renewals deals
  • Working knowledge of SFDC
  • English fluent (any other Nordic or French or Dutch language is a plus)
