Descripción del puesto:
Reportando al responsable del departamento de Desarrollo, se incorporará a nuestro equipo para trabajar como Product Owner, para aunar la estrategia de negocio con las capacidades del equipo de desarrollo para proponer nuevos Productos de Software que podamos crear.
El puesto de trabajo estará ubicado en Madrid y sus funciones principales serán:Conexión entre la estrategia de negocio y el equipo de desarrollo Definir la visión del producto y asegurar que se cumpla a lo largo del ciclo de desarrollo.
Participación en el proceso desarrollo de producto, en colaboración con los distintos equipos participantes:Generación de ideas Definición de producto (alcance, características y propuesta de valor) Elaboración del prototipo Diseño inicial Validación y pruebas del mismo Salida al mercado / puesta en producción Comunicación con partes interesadas tanto internas como externas.
Seguimiento del ciclo de vida y de desarrollo del producto:Seguimiento y definición de entregables Seguimiento de la vida en producción del producto y, generación o propuesta de evolutivos Evaluar y garantizar la calidad de los entregables del equipo de desarrollo.
Gestionar y priorizar eficazmente el backlog de desarrollo de software. Mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias y avances en el desarrollo de software.Condiciones ofertadas:

Requisitos mínimos Buscamos una persona dinámica, proactiva, responsable, comprometida y flexible, que trabaje bien en equipo.
Además, deberá de presentar las siguientes características:
Ingeniería informática, de telemática, telecomunicaciones o similares Experiencia previa en un rol similar como Product Owner o en gestión de proyectos de desarrollo de software.
Valorable Máster o Postgrado realizado de ramas similares. Conocimiento sólido de metodologías ágiles, como Scrum. Elevada motivación y participación, con buenas dotes comunicativas. Conocimiento técnico o capacidad para comprender los aspectos técnicos del desarrollo de software. Capacidad para priorizar y tomar decisiones basadas en datos y necesidades del negocio.
