El puesto se enmarca en la D. Auditoría de Negocios, dentro de la D. Auditoría, Control y Riesgos.

Como auditor de asociaciones y contratos, tendrás la responsabilidad de evaluar el cumplimiento contractual por parte de las empresas con las que Repsol mantiene acuerdos de asociación, como por ejemplo los vinculados a Joint Ventures con otras multinacionales del sector de la energía, así como acuerdos a través de los cuales las diferentes divisiones de negocio del Grupo desarrollan sus actividades. El objetivo principal de estas auditorías se centra en la identificación de oportunidades de recupero económico.

Trabajarás en un entorno global, pasando a formar parte de un equipo dinámico en el que el trabajo se organiza en proyectos, que son ejecutados por equipos multidisciplinares compuestos habitualmente por auditores de otras compañías y consultores especialistas. Esta dinámica de trabajo te permitirá mantener una interlocución frecuente tanto con socios externos como con los distintos líderes de las áreas de negocio responsables.

Tu perfil es el de un profesional con una titulación técnica, preferiblemente ingeniería superior, valorándose de forma muy positiva experiencia previa en áreas de gestión operativa y/o de proyectos en entornos internacionales. Te entusiasma el trabajo en equipo y el análisis de datos mediante la aplicación de herramientas de Data Analytics. Te motiva la posibilidad de mantener interlocución a diferentes niveles de la organización.

Las funciones principales de este puesto son:

Obtener un completo entendimiento de los acuerdos a revisar, así como de los principales riesgos para Repsol. Para ello necesitarás ser capaz de comprender las operaciones gobernadas durante el período de vigencia.

Revisar los gastos e ingresos asociados a los acuerdos, validando la correcta aplicación de las cláusulas contractuales y de los procedimientos contables aplicables.

Analizar y validar desde un punto de vista técnico los procesos de medición, valoración y reparto de las cantidades asignadas (procesos de medición, balances, consumos específicos, ajustes de calidad).

Identificar desviaciones e incumplimientos, así como cuantificar las desviaciones una vez contrastadas. Redactar las excepciones de auditoría que se incorporarán al informe y darán lugar al correspondiente reclamo económico.

Participar en la organización de los equipos de trabajo y preparación de los proyectos asignados.

Supervisar el trabajo de los consultores contratados por Repsol para la ejecución de los proyectos asignados.

Realizar un seguimiento periódico de las reclamaciones contenidas en los informes emitidos.

REQUISITOS DE LA POSICIÓN

Titulación Superior, preferiblemente en las ramas de Ingeniería

Experiencia entre 1 y 3 años en posiciones similares

Disponibilidad para viajar

Inglés C1 o superior

Conocimiento avanzado de Excel y de funcionalidades relacionadas con la gestión de datos, tales como Power Query, Knime y Python.
