Funciones y responsabilidades

Gestión y coordinación del servicio de mantenimiento y obras del edificio.

Gestión de contratos de servicios, asociados al área de Servicios Técnicos.

Realizar seguimiento y control a contratistas, desde la gestión de accesos hasta la finalización de los trabajos

Colaboración en el seguimiento y control de los proyectos y obras en todos los ámbitos de calidad, seguridad, plazo y coste.

Participación en proyectos transversales de la Dirección. Colaboración con otras áreas participantes: TI, Seguridad Corporativa, Marca y resto de departamentos de Gestión Patrimonial (SyMA, Mantenimiento, Servicios Generales, Espacios, Real Estate...).

Elaboración de informes de actividad y cuadros de mando.

Seguimiento del gasto para control de presupuesto anual.

Colaboración y soporte a auditorias SMA, internas y externas.

Requisitos

Grado de Ingeniería Industrial, Caminos, Minas, Aeroná experiencia de 3-5 años.

Nivel inglés B2

Dominio de Excel, Power Point y TEAMS. Se valorará el manejo de otras herramientas como PowerBi y SAP
