FUNCIONES:

  • Soporte a Usuarios Finales en múltiples ubicaciones tanto local como remotamente.
  • Garantizar SLA y tiempo de respuesta de los tickets de soporte.
  • Instalación de software y resolución de problemas.
  • Gestión de incidencias.
  • Servicio de guardia en caso de emergencia.
  • Seguir todas las Instrucciones de Trabajo relacionadas con TI.
  • Mantener y actualizar el inventario de hardware.

Opcional:
Instalación y configuración de hardware, sistemas, impresoras y escáneres

REQUISITOS:

  • Grandes habilidades comunicativas y actitud resolutiva.
  • Dispuesto a aprender nuevas tecnologías y responder rápidamente a nuevos desafíos.
  • Capaz de trabajar bajo presión.
  • Nivel intermedio de inglés.
  • Capacidad de trabajar para cumplir con los plazos establecidos.
  • Conocimientos básicos de redes informáticas (TCP/IP, DNS, configuración de servidores DHCP)
