Buscamos un Guest Service que comparta nuestra pasión por superar las expectativas de nuestros visitantes y contribuir a la creación de recuerdos inolvidables.

Descripción del puesto: Como Guest Service, desempeñarás un papel crucial en la creación de una experiencia inolvidable para nuestros huéspedes. Tu misión será garantizar que cada visitante se sienta bienvenido, valorado y atendido en cada etapa de su estancia.

Tus responsabilidades serán:


• Recibir a los huéspedes con calidez y cortesía en su llegada al hotel.


• Brindar información sobre las comodidades del hotel y los servicios disponibles.


• Atender las solicitudes y necesidades de los huéspedes de manera rápida y eficiente.


• Coordinar la entrega de amenidades especiales y servicios adicionales.


• Ofrecer up-selling y cross-selling de habitaciones de mayor categoría, regímenes de comida, camas balinesas, vinos en la cena y otros servicios premium.


• Monitorear la retroalimentación de los huéspedes y tomar medidas para resolver problemas o inquietudes de manera proactiva.


• Colaborar estrechamente con otros departamentos del hotel para garantizar una experiencia fluida y sin problemas para los huéspedes.


• Coordinar organización de eventos especiales y sorpresas para celebrar ocasiones especiales de los clientes.

Requisitos:


• Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y capacidad para interactuar con personas de diferentes nacionalidades.


• Orientación hacia el servicio y pasión por superar las expectativas de los huéspedes.


• Capacidad para resolver problemas de manera efectiva.


• Flexibilidad para trabajar en horario partido y fines de semana (según las necesidades del establecimiento).


• Buen dominio del castellano, inglés y alemán.


• Experiencia previa en roles de atención al cliente, hospitalidad o experiencia del huésped es altamente deseable.
