I will fully embrace, implement, safeguard and internally market the overall Wellness philosophy, concepts and programs such as Sleep With Six Senses, Eat With Six Senses and Grow With Six Senses platforms.

All aspects of these wellness initiatives will be adopted and promoted throughout the human resources and training functions.

_ Responsibilities _

I will assist and assume responsibility on my role as Residential Concierge Coordinator, providing exceptional products and services within brand operating standards.

I will perform the following relevant tasks for this role:

  • To contact the arriving guests with 21 days before arrival date, as part of the pre arrival experience.
  • To provide an ultraluxurious pre arrival experience by suggesting, planning, arranging and confirming all activities, dine outs, dine ins, transfers or any other activity during the guest ́s stay.
  • To strategically coordinate, under the direction of Residences Assistant Manager and Residences Manager, all arriving, inhouse and departing guests from suites in the Resort.
  • To daily arrange all billings related to residences guests.
  • To ensure proper handling of Special Guests, VIP Guests, and Groups.
  • To daily coordinate the inspection of any arriving residence with Housekeeping, Maintenance and In-Room Dining departments, ensuring the suites are clean, properly equipped, in a high standard of maintenance and with welcome amenities as applicable. The Residential Concierge is the last filter for the room to be considered as Inspected.
  • To input this relevant information into the PMS, by nurturing it and then maintaining an updated guest history accessible for future stays.
  • To handle guest complaints, suggestions and/or compliments, to log and report them appropriately in the system, to take prompt and effective action and to follow up until its closure.
  • To anticipate guest ́s needs, identifying service trends and gaps, to provide seamless experience.
  • To strictly comply with the cashier procedures and reports accordingly and timely, including a wellbalanced bank assigned by the Resort.
  • To provide all info needed to both Finance and/or Management team in Front of House when unannouncedly audit the cashier closure procedures.
  • To daily ensure, in collaboration with Housekeeping, the daily cleaning of the suite as well as the provision of Turndown Service, both in accordance with preferred time frames collected upon room tour.
  • To daily ensure, in collaboration with In Room Dining department, the daily revision and cleaning of the suite ́s minibar, in accordance with collected preferred time frames collected upon room tour.
  • To maintain efficient administration within the department preparing and submitting operational reports on time.
  • To conduct procedures involved in the provision of guest inroom amenities.
  • To ensure all equipment of the department is kept clean and in good working condition.
  • Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
  • Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments
  • I will be managing the correct use of our main communication tool with inhouse guests, Six Senses App and monitoring the execution of all tasks pending

_ Qualification_


To execute this position, I have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar or greater role in luxury hotels with proven results.

I possess a minimum hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school and more than two years' experience in a similar hotel operational role.


In terms of frontline rooms management, I have an intuitive sense of product and service quality, a passion for excellence and an understanding of the sophisticated needs of the luxury customer.

Technical skills include advanced MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I am also familiar with various hotel systems including Micros POS, Opera PMS and CRM platforms.

I have knowledge of hotel/resort and policies regarding reservations, discounts and detailed procedures in handling local and overseas room bookings.

I have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Spanish.


I will maintain a thorough understanding of Six Senses in terms of guidelines, rules and regulations, brand and operating standards, facilities and services.
