We are currently seeking a Programmatic Solutions Consultant (PSC) to join our dynamic Amazon DSP team in Madrid.
Key responsibilities
- Owning relationships with programmatic trading desk managers to understand business objectives from different organizational levels
- Providing onboarding, trade desk support, feature training, and industry best practices
- Examining data to identify improvement areas, root causes, and offer adoption recommendations
- Assisting customers with product beta participation and collaborating with various Amazon teams to enhance the DSP
- Enhancing processes and tools for the PSC team to better serve customers

- Engaging with traders, delivering product trainings, consulting on strategies, optimizing campaigns, and addressing customer feedback
- Advocating for customers, troubleshooting when necessary, and guiding customers to become proficient users of our DSP technology

Basic Qualifications
- Experience in digital advertising and client interactions
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising technologies and domain areas

- Prior experience in managing relationships with programmatic decision makers and annual media planning
- Effective communication skills for B2B customer engagement
