Electra innova constantemente para facilitar la recarga de vehículos eléctricos con una red de estaciones de recarga ultrarrápida (máximo de 15 a 30 minutos) y una experiencia de usuario simplificada al máximo.
Con sede en París, Lyon, Bruselas, Milán, Zúrich, Viena y Madrid, los equipos de Electra tienen como objetivo desplegar una red de puntos de recarga para 2030; orgullosos de participar en la transición energética en Francia y Europa.

Tu misión
Tras una apertura exitosa de la filial Electra España en 2023, tenemos la ambición en 2024 de acelerar el crecimiento tanto en el desarrollo como en la explotación de nuestras "Electralineras". Somos un equipo de 20 individuos motivados y comprometidos por construir una red de 200 estaciones de recarga ultrarrápida para finales de 2026.
Como Project Coordinator - Grid and Urban specialist, serás responsable de la coordinación y seguimiento administrativo de todos los proyectos del portafolio de Electra España con el fin de obtener las autorizaciones necesarias a su puesta en marcha.
Bajo la supervisión del Director de Operaciones, colaborarás con todos los equipos de Electra (Jefes de Proyecto, Arquitectos, Comerciales y HQ) para identificar sinergias entre equipos, establecer procesos optimizados y crear reporting adaptado a los objetivos globales del equipo y de la empresa.
Tu rol
Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias para facilitar la tramitación de proyectos ante Empresas Distribuidoras (DNO) y Administraciones Públicas (Permitting), garantizando el avance efectivo de todas los proyectosEstablecer y gestionar relaciones con las empresas distribuidoras para asegurar el correcto desarrollo de los proyectosCumplir con los objetivos de Electra a través de la obtención de los permisos DNO y la coordinación con las DNO y Administraciones PúblicasSer el principal punto de contacto con los Stakeholders operacionales de las DNO y Administraciones PúblicasLiderar las posibles negociaciones con los DNO/DSO y otras administracionesColaborar en la priorización y despliegue de recarga de vehículos eléctricos en varios las localizaciones elegidasAsistir en la gestión del desempeño del equipo de proyectos y reportar el progreso frente a los objetivosParticipar en la gestión de la información y análisis de datos para la toma de decisiones efectiva así como para el seguimiento de los proyectos y su correcto desarrolloGestionar las subvenciones nacionales y europeas para cada proyecto
Tu perfil
Experiencia de 2 a 5 años en el sector de Redes de Distribución, preferiblemente en DNO, empresas de ingeniería o proyectos con alta carga de tramitaciones con Administraciones Públicas.Organización y rigorIdiomas requeridos: español (nativo), inglés (intermedio alto); portugués y/o francés es una ventaja.Experiencia en diseño e implementación de procesos, tanto internos como externos.Habilidades de influencia y comunicación excepcionales, proactividad, orientación a resultados y capacidad analítica.
