Si tens experiència prèvia com a Coordinador/a o Supervisor/a de Magatzem i t'agradaria continuar treballant en una empresa que es troba en ple creixement, desenvolupant aquest paper fonamental en la gestió de la cadena de subministrament, assegurant que els productes s'emmagatzemin, manipulin i distribueixin de manera eficient i segura, aquesta pot ser la teva oportunitat ISPROX Manresa cerca un professional amb experiència prèvia per treballar com a WAREHOUSE MANAGER per formar part d'una important empresa del sector de l'alimentació ubicada al Bages. Què s'espera de tu? En dependència del Director de Logística, organitzaràs la gestió del magatzem optimitzant la seguretat, la qualitat, els costos, terminis i criteris d'implantació. Entre d'altres, aquestes seran les teves funcions:
  • Seràs el responsable de l'exercici general del teu departament.
  • Gestionaràs un equip de 20
  • 25 persones organitzades en 2 torns, assegurant la cohesió i la motivació dins dels equips.
  • Seràs el/la responsable de la gestió dels torns del personal de picking: organització treball, mètode, seguretat, eficiència i millores a l'operativa.
  • Dissenyaràs i implantaràs nous processos optimitzats per a totes les àrees sota la teva responsabilitat.
  • Definiràs els KPI, implementaràs i en faràs seguiment
  • Controlaràs les existències. Realitzaràs i revisaràs inventaris.
  • Faràs la gestió documental. Arxivaràs i custodiaràs documents que afectin en la gestió del magatzem.
  • Elaboraràs el pressupost anual en col·laboració amb la direcció del departament i seràs el responsable de l'execució quantitativa i qualitativa del pressupost definit per a la teva àrea.
  • Realitzaràs auditories internes de manera regular, per verificar que els processos de treball es compleixen segons la normativa vigent.
  • Realitzaràs una inspecció tècnica anual de l'estat dels racks (les prestatgeries), tal com marca el mateix pla de prevenció de riscos de la companyia.
  • Gestionaràs el magatzem extern. Faràs control d'estocs, inventari, entrada i sortides.
  • Coordinaràs amb els operadors logístics, transportistes o proveïdors i assegurar que el lliurament de la comanda al client final ha estat un èxit.

Requisitos

La teva incorporació serà un èxit si tens:
  • Experiència mínima de 3 en logística.
  • Domini d'eines ofimàtiques (Pack Office Excel, missatgeria, etc.).
  • Experiència treballant amb SAP.
  • Carnet i vehicle propi per desplaçar
  • te al lloc de feina. Es valorarà positivament si disposes d'estudis universitaris.
