About the Job
The Warehouse Team Leader will oversee and coordinate the daily work of the warehouse team, including equipment receiving, checking, and inventory management. The successful candidate will plan and prioritize work assignments to ensure optimal workflow and productivity. Additionally, they will train and develop team members on proper warehouse procedures and company policies, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Requirements
- Proven experience in supervising and motivating a team

- Organized and flexible individual with a collaborative approach to working with others
- High proficiency in Spanish, with English proficiency at B1 level or higher
