- Gestionar y atender las llamadas.
- Resolver incidencias y proporcionar asesoramiento al cliente.
- Registrar toda la información relativa a las interacciones con el cliente.
- Identificar y evaluar las necesidades de los clientes.
- Generar oportunidades de venta.
- Coordinarse con los departamentos de logística, compras y producción, así como con los propios transportistas para garantizar el servicio a lo largo de la cadena de suministro.
- Coordinarse con el departamento de administración para gestionar riesgos de clientes, condiciones de venta, facturación, abonos, etc.
- Atender y confirmar los pedidos de los clientes mediante teléfono, mail y otras vías, registrándolos en el ERP y planificando su fabricación con el departamento de producción.
- Calcular fechas de entrega en base a múltiples variables y comunicarlas al cliente, manteniéndolo al día de cualquier imprevisto en el proceso o estado de su pedido.
- Definir las necesidades de aprovisionamiento en función de la planificación.
- Facturación a clientes.
- Coordinar con el departamento de logística para la preparación y envío de documentación relacionada con pedidos y/o transporte.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en un departamento de atención al cliente.
- Buscamos a una persona dinámica, con habilidades comunicativas y con capacidad de planificación.
- Valorable residencia cercana al puesto de trabajo.
