Descripcion General:
- Liderar la revisión del concepto de diseño de la máquina: solución técnica (construir el concepto de la máquina en base a los estándares, verificar si se aplican las soluciones definidas (HMI, PLC, motores,)
- Evaluar el precio dado por los fabricantes de máquinas en comparación con las soluciones implementadas
- Tiempo de entrega (crear y administrar el cronograma detallado)
- Plan de cualificación + PFMEA
- Soporte de creación de BCI para planta
- Entregar datos a compras para preparar el contrato con el fabricante de la máquina + participar en la validación con la planta
- Cooperación con el fabricante de máquinas y la planta:
- Entregar la documentación del producto (paquete completo: modelos 3D, dimensiones)
- Entregar muestras de componentes y productos
- Seguimiento de construcción de máquinas: seguimiento de tiempos, respuesta a restricciones (disponibilidad de material, proveedores retrasados, capacitación para algunas periferias de SE...)
- Preaceptación: interna (sin patrocinador), externa (SAT 4h de producción) (con patrocinador)
- Preparación de la capacitación: definir la necesidad y los recursos para recibir capacitación, participación en la capacitación para garantizar el nível de conocimiento aprobado
- Defina la planificación detallada para transferir activos a Planta
- Administre la traducción al idioma local para HMI
- Aceptación final (FAT 8h de producción): asegurar nível de documentación
Perfil:
- Al menos 3 años de experiência ejerciendo en puestos similares.
- Estar en posesión de un título de ingeniería relacionado con la rama de industria.
- Experiência basada en una visión global (PILT)
- Experiência en gestión de nuevos procesos.
- Experiência en el sector industrial, producto y planta.
- Comunicación impecable con ejecutivos y clientes.
- Inglés impecable.
