Actualmente, estamos en la búsqueda de un Contable Líder del Equipo para unirse a nuestro equipo en Sant Boi, Barcelona.
¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?
Como Contable Líder del Equipo, serás responsable de:
Coordinar y colaborar en las tareas de cierre mensual.
Gestionar las cuentas del libro mayor y sus asientos contables.
Realizar la contabilidad intercompañía y la contabilidad de activos.
Preparar y mantener la documentación de las conciliaciones del balance.
Supervisar la preparación de informes de flujo de efectivo y programas de pago.
Preparar informes de IVA para su aprobación.
Monitorear los pagos y gestionar las aprobaciones de pagos bancarios.
Liderar y gestionar equipos, fomentando un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y motivador.
Requisitos:
¿Qué estamos buscando?
Licenciatura en Administración y Dirección de Empresas (ADE) o campo relacionado.
Mínimo 3 años de experiência profesional, preferiblemente en el mundo de la auditoría.
Excelente nível de Excel y dominio del inglés profesional.
Experiência en gestión de equipos y habilidades interpersonales destacadas.
Capacidad para trabajar de manera proactiva y construir relaciones sólidas.
Mentalidad internacional y capacidad para liderar equipos hacia el éxito.
