About the team you are joining
Under the guidance of the Assistant Manager Change Management, the incumbent will provide support to the Operational Excellence team on various activities while acquiring knowledge about IATA's operations with a special focus on the Global Delivery Centre (GDC).
The incumbent will have the opportunity to participate in and support activities such as back-office tasks for all IATA Financial Settlement Systems, coordination of internal and external GDS projects, and support the Agency Programme growth.
This internship will also provide the incumbent with the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with an international, diverse and multicultural team.
What your day would be likeUnder the guidance of the Assistant Manager Change Management, support the implementation and delivery of projects.
Assist the Assistant Manager Change Management to gather and document business requirements and to ensure that design and solutions are aligned.
Support maintaining the backlog of the business requirements.
Learn from and collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure seamless reporting on the assigned activities and tasks.
Support the Project Manager with Business Case elaboration.
Help the Assistant Manager Change Management to coordinate and follow up on project activities with cross-departmental stakeholders.
Provide support with any other activity as assigned by the Assistant Manager Change Management.

A recent (less than 12 months) university degree/post-graduate degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration or a related field.
Previous experience in delivering change management and technical initiatives and projects will be considered an asset.
Experience in multicultural environments would be desirable.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is essential; PowerBI and Agile methodology knowledge would be a plus.
Ability to work fast-paced environment and adapt to new changes.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are mandatory; knowledge of other languages would be a plus.
