We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Excellence Lead to join our team at Swiss Re Corporate Solutions. As a key member of our Operational Excellence team, you will play a critical role in driving process improvement and transformation across our global operations.
Key Responsibilities- Process Improvement: Lead the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across our global operations.
- Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of process improvements and minimize disruption to our business.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT, and regional leads, to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities.
- Analysis and Reporting: Conduct thorough analysis of process improvement opportunities and develop reports to present to senior management.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate process improvement initiatives to ensure buy-in and support.
- Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, or Change Management.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process improvement initiatives and manage change.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Certifications: Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma certification is highly desirable.
