Job Title: Aircraft Reliability and Maintenance Program Manager
As the Aircraft Reliability and Maintenance Program Manager at Vueling, your role involves leading the analysis, development, and optimization of aircraft maintenance programs while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your work will enhance operational efficiency, predict equipment failures, and reduce maintenance costs without compromising safety.
Main Accountabilities:
- Analyze and manage maintenance performance metrics and KPIs
- Oversee predictive maintenance initiatives using real-time data
- Monitor reliability data to identify trends and issues
- Update maintenance program documentation
- Adjust maintenance intervals based on analysis
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities for approvals
- Collaborate with internal departments for maintenance planning
- Drive continuous improvement projects within the program
- Support regulatory audits and inspections
- Implement advanced maintenance technologies
- Manage mandatory and non-mandatory modifications
- Lead and develop the team's communication and collaboration
- Execute additional responsibilities as assigned
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed reports on maintenance delays and key performance indicators
- Implement predictive maintenance strategies using real-time data
- Analyze reliability data and issue alerts for recurring problems
- Ensure maintenance program documentation compliance
- Optimize maintenance schedules based on statistical analysis
- Facilitate the approval of maintenance programs by regulatory bodies
- Collaborate with internal teams for efficient maintenance planning
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes
- Prepare the team for audits and regulatory compliance
- Integrate new technologies for maintenance efficiency
- Oversee modifications policy and implementation
- Enhance the department's work environment
- Complete the job's mission effectively

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in technical services engineering
- Experience in managing technical projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with maintenance programs and regulatory compliance
- Project management experience
Competencies:
- Aircraft maintenance and reliability knowledge
- Familiarity with aviation management software
- Understanding of Airworthiness Directives and safety regulations
- Financial implications awareness
Languages:
- English C1
- Spanish C1
